Municipal Art Gallery – Karlov in partnership with the "Integrated Artists Gallery" presents the exhibition “Dreams and Realities” with new works by the established artist Silvia Pavlova, who skillfully combines styles such as postmodernism, Fauvism, Art Nouveau and contemporary illustration. 

Born in 1979 in Sofia and inspired by the richness of life and Bulgarian nature, Silvia recreates art as a mirror of the soul, through works that vary from elegant female portraits and dramatic maximalism to exquisite miniatures on silk, landscapes and reflections of reality and dreams. Her works exude an intense visual intensity and deep emotionality, provoking the viewer to think about the relationship between dreams and reality. 

Silvia Pavlova was born in 1979 in Sofia. The daughter of an artist whose talent came naturally to her, and although she had a desire to develop in the fields of fashion, cinema and literature at some point in her life, fine arts remained her true artistic line, on which she developed her interests. Gradually, it took a central place in her life, transforming her into an active artist who loves and masters her work. In 2006, she graduated from the New Bulgarian University with a master's degree in fine arts and scenography. She has had numerous solo exhibitions in Bulgaria, Austria, Germany and Italy. Her unique contemporary style is reminiscent of the techniques of postmodernism, fauvism, secession and naïveté, always touching and bringing joy. Today, it already has thousands of admirers.
